TELEGRAM MINI APPS
Cards for international subscriptions and purchases through bots and mini apps: funding, documents and usage terms.
Before you order ↗Country-specific rules, including cases where a local card option has not been confirmed.
A passport, a residence permit and a residential address are different pieces of information. A card available in a country is not automatically available to every citizen living elsewhere.
Funding, conversion, identity checks and the differences between payment models.
Start with residence and accepted identity documents. Then compare funding, conversion, limits and the payment model. Check whether a physical card or only a virtual card is offered in your programme.
Follow the money from your wallet to a purchase: network transfer, conversion, card funding and payment. ATM charges and foreign-exchange charges can be separate. A zero payment fee does not describe the total cost.
Debit spends an available balance. Prepaid requires a funded card balance. Credit creates repayment obligations. A provider can offer different models in different regions, so compare the actual agreement.
Use the exact programme's application rules. Citizenship identifies your nationality; residence identifies where you live; current-location rules may additionally restrict access. Supplying a different address does not resolve a passport restriction.
