Citizenship, residence and KYC

On this page

Use the exact programme's application rules. Citizenship identifies your nationality; residence identifies where you live; current-location rules may additionally restrict access. Supplying a different address does not resolve a passport restriction.

Card issuance

Apply directly through the provider. Check your residence, identity documents and current location against its requirements before funding an account.

Eligibility

A passport, a residence permit and a residential address are different pieces of information. A card available in a country is not automatically available to every citizen living elsewhere.

Official sources

Sources were checked on 19 October 2026. Provider approval and current availability must be confirmed directly.
