Virtual cards in Telegram

Cards for international subscriptions and purchases through bots and mini apps: funding, documents and usage terms.

Плати по всему миру

Telegram Mini App with ruble funding for overseas purchases.

Funding
RUB via SBP or bank card, at the service’s exchange rate.
Documents and KYC
FAQ says no passport; the homepage describes documents. Confirm before paying.

Prepaid card without IBAN; crypto funding is unconfirmed.

Russia

This selection includes Telegram services targeting users in Russia for overseas purchases. App access, card issuance and payment acceptance in Russia are separate questions. Check documents, residence and the selected product’s rules. Restrictions on RedotPay and other international programmes still apply; Telegram does not remove them.

Before you order

Match the bot address to the provider’s website. Check the issuer, account ownership and how an unused balance can be refunded. Save the selected plan’s terms.

Check merchant acceptance, 3D Secure, recurring payments and refunds. Registering from Russia does not establish acceptance in Russian shops or by every overseas merchant.
